What is Somatic Release Therapy?

Somatic Release Therapy is a gentle, body-based approach to healing that works with your nervous system to release stored stress, emotion, and trauma.

Rather than focusing only on talking or thinking your way through, this work helps you tune into the language of your body — through sensation, breath, movement, and awareness.

Somatic therapy can support emotional regulation, deepen your connection with yourself, and create space for healing at the root.

Every session is different, because every body is different — but the intention is always the same: to help you feel safer, more connected, and more at home in yourself.

My work is for you if you're navigating:

- Burnout, chronic stress or emotional overwhelm

- Anxiety, nervous system dysregulation, or a feeling of always being "on"

- Grief, trauma, loss, or relationship challenges that are impacting your emotional wellbeing or sense of self

- Hormonal changes (like perimenopause), especially where stress, anxiety, or emotional shifts are showing up in the body

- Autoimmune conditions and chronic health challenges

- A sense of disconnection from yourself, your body, or your intuition

What to Expect

Each session is a gentle space to reconnect with yourself.

We work with the body — not just the mind — using a mix of somatic techniques like breath, movement, and awareness-based tools to explore what’s stored in the nervous system.

There’s space to talk when needed, but the focus is on tuning into your body’s wisdom, safely releasing stored stress, and coming back to a place of regulation and ease.

Sessions are online, so you can join from the comfort of your own space.

Let’s Talk First

Before we begin, I offer a 45-minute consultation (£55) to explore whether we’re a good fit to work together.

During this session, we’ll talk through your current challenges, your goals, and what you’re hoping to shift or heal. I’ll also explain how the nervous system works and how somatic therapy may support you.

This session is a chance to connect, ask questions, and see if the work feels aligned — no pressure, just clarity and care.

Session Options

All sessions are held online via Zoom in a calm, supportive space.

Flexible weekday hours are available, and all packages are valid from the date of your first session.

- Single Session – £75

A 60-minute one-off session if you need focused support or just want to try the work.

- 3-Session Bundle – £210

Three 60-minute sessions to gently explore your nervous system and begin creating change.
Offered at a reduced rate to support your ongoing healing journey.
To be used within 8 weeks of your first session.

- 6-Session Bundle – £400

Six 60-minute sessions for deeper integration, healing, and lasting transformation.
This package is offered at a reduced rate to honour your deeper commitment to the work.
To be used within 16 weeks of your first session.
