Hi, I’m Claire — and I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m the founder of Feel to Heal, and I help people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns they can’t quite make sense of.
This work is close to my heart because I’ve been there too —
running on empty, disconnected from myself, and wondering why I felt so off when everything looked fine on the outside.
My healing journey began when my body started speaking louder than my mind.
After years of holding it all together — through stress, burnout, and constantly doing —
I found myself deep in a cycle of exhaustion, emotional disconnection, and physical symptoms I couldn’t ignore.
I’d lost my younger brother, then my mum, and it was like my whole system said, “Enough.”
Grief cracked me open in ways I never expected.
Around the same time, I entered perimenopause and was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition —
all of it asking me to finally slow down and listen.
That’s when I discovered the world of somatics — and everything began to shift.
Now, I help others do the same.
Through Somatic Release Therapy, I support people who are holding too much —
in their bodies, their minds, and their hearts.
Whether it’s burnout, grief, trauma, health challenges,
or the quiet overwhelm of always being “on” —
you don’t have to carry it alone.
Somatic work changed my life.
It helped me release what I didn’t even know I was holding,
and reconnect to who I truly am underneath it all.
